Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include managing people and maintaining policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Maintain policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Prepare weekly reports for the owners
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the establishment
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet budgetary goals
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the catering, bartending, coffee, hotel, or banquet industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and health and safety regulations
- Proven track record in achieving business targets and driving growth
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks
