A typical day for a Receptionist involves providing exceptional customer service through phone calls and in-person interactions at the company. You will handle incoming calls politely and promptly, distribute mail to departments as needed, and assist management and other departments upon request.

Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; GA or BA preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Preferably with office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Capable of working with little to no supervision
• Analytical with great attention to detail
• Availability for overtime as needed
• Available to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Distribute mail to the respective departments
• Assist management and other departments as requested
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in an office environment preferable
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• GA or BA preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Experience Requirements
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
