Resort Reservations is the first point of contact for all potential bookings at The Grove, and is a well-established team of knowledgeable, efficient and friendly agents who work tirelessly to ensure that when a guest gets in touch, either via phone, email or webchat, they’re on hand to provide 5 star service and be part of creating an unforgettable experience throughout the property.The team li...aise with colleagues hotel wide, from meeting & events, accounts, spa and golf along with our activities team and Food and Beverage outlets to ensure a seamless and smooth customer journey for our guests, whether it’s a couples stay, a family break or a group getaway.To be right for this role, you will be team player and have a passion for hospitality as well as enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life. Ideally you will be familiar with Opera, and be well versed in professional phone and email communication. Along with Opera, some knowledge of ResortSuite and SevenRooms is desirable.The team cover the phones 7 days a week so you will need to be flexible to various shift as well as working weekends on a rota basis.About UsThe Grove is one of two prestigious hotels operated by Ralph Trustees, a family owned hotel group.
