Spirit of Sussex, Coaching Manager
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of our contracts, private hires and commercial activities for Spirit of Sussex. As a representative of our brand, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure an exceptional coach service and uphold our reputation for excellence. VACANCY Key duties and responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate services such as school contracts, rail replacement and private hires
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues and customers
• Oversee allocation of work to ensure efficient utilisation of resources
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulations
• Be the main contact for Spirit of Sussex
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery of the brand
• Uphold brand standards through appropriate company policies
• Manage punctuality
• Educate and train colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
You will need:
• Demonstrable experience in a management and service delivery role
• Excellent understanding of EU and Domestic regulations
• Passenger Transport Manager CPC (or willing to work towards obtaining this)
• Competency with computer systems such as MS Word, Excel and role-specific software such as Coach Manager
• Proven experience in transformational change within an organisation
• Competency in investigations and having uncomfortable conversations
