POSITION TITLE: WATER QUALITY SUPERVISOR – GRADE 10
WATER DEPARTMENT - DPW
FULL-TIME (38 HOURS PER WEEK)
SALARY RANGE: $1,454.00 – $1,954.03
Manages and supervises the daily operations and maintenance activities of the Water Division. Ensures compliance with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and pertinent rules and regulations of the Mass. Department of Environmental Protection. Five years of progressively responsible experience in water industry field operations, with strong supervisory ability and successful experience related to budget preparation and administration. Thoroughly familiar with water supply, treatment and distribution system operations. Massachusetts Water Treatment Operator License, T- 3 and Water Distribution License, D – 3 as well as valid vehicle operator’s license required.
