Roles and responsibilities
• Managing the daily workflow of digital campaigns, including proposal development, campaign activation and optimization, and reporting
• Developing programmatic activation strategies, including building audience strategies and sourcing relevant inventory opportunities
• Assuming campaign ownership accountability and QAing work of junior team members
• Overseeing the execution of operational tasks including campaign creative trafficking, budget management and billing
• Conducting regular and ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Maintaining relationships with relevant media vendors to stay current on product updates, beta opportunities, and best practices implementation
• Understanding and communicating our value proposition effectively
• Contributing to the development of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
• Participating in regular internal session to share and learn new strategies for enhancing campaign performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of relevant industry experience
• Hands-on knowledge of programmatic buying, including DSPs, ad servers, data partnerships and verification vendors
• Other Search, Social, Ad Operations, Digital Analytics, Planning, client-side roles or e-commerce experience may also be considered for high qualified candidates
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills
• Critical thinker who has strong strategic opinions on how to grow their client portfolios
• Capable to maintain a high level of productivity and work in a rapidly evolving environment
• Excellent team player who is comfortable working cross functionally
• Has a thirst for knowledge, constantly learning about latest technologies
