We invite now high caliber talent to apply for HR Officer to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This position supports our financial accounting function in daily business matters within a fast-paced successful team.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of various HR Projects, encompassing payroll system implementation, ServiceNow implementation, Global HRIS implementation and other global initiatives.
• Engage in the global HRIS implementation process, providing feedback based on local user requirements to project team.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before system launch, reporting issues and feedback to address system issue promptly.
• Compile and consolidate diverse HR reports for management review.
• Review and optimise the workflow of the employee lifecycle.
• Provide support for end-user training and develop documentation for system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Your Profile
• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or other related Business discipline required
• Minimum of 1 year’s relevant working experience
• Experience in Human Resources generalist in sizable organization
• Experience in system implementation/ project management is a plus
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Regulations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Attention to details and good organizational, coordination and planning skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, proactive team player
• Good command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
