I am seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to provide essential support and care. I am an elderly lady with dementia looking for someone who can help and support me at home and in the community. The role involves assisting with various tasks to ensure her well-being and independence. Duties will include medication prompts, meal preparation, personal care, outings, and light housekeeping. As a Personal Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring comfort and well-being
Location: PE33Details:Prompting and assisting with medication administrationSupporting and driving to local community, social activities, and outingsProviding personal care, such as ensuring she has had a shower and maintaining
cleanliness
Help and Support in and around the house
Assisting with breakfast and lunch preparation and Ensuring a nutritious breakfast and lunch
Helping and Supporting to be independent.
Companionship to improve my general wellbeing
Supporting me when out and about
Any other reasonable duties as requested.
Person specificationEssential:Driving license holder with their own vehicle and appropriate business insurance essential.

Punctuality and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Desirable:Ability to work flexible hoursPrevious experience in a similar role preferred
Summary terms and conditions
The rate of pay for this position is £18 per hourHours and times of work: 03 Hrs on Saturdays and Sundays, Flexible, Time discussed further at interview.The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks

The post is subject to the following:A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employerSatisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
