We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Operations Assistant with a solid foundation in marketing and a willingness to perform various tasks to support factory operations in Bankura and Howrah. This role requires an all-rounder with a can-do attitude to assist with both marketing activities and essential factory tasks. Occasional travel to our head office in Kolkata will be required.
Responsibilities:
· Factory Operations:
o Coordinate daily factory activities to ensure smooth operations.
o Assist in inventory management, quality control, and supply chain coordination.
o Help implement efficient workflow processes and ensure workplace safety protocols are followed.
o Support factory supervisors in day-to-day administrative tasks.
· General Duties:
o Act as a link between the factory and the Kolkata Head Office, ensuring clear communication.
o Take on any additional tasks required to support the team, from assisting in production processes to setting up the machines.
o Provide regular updates on factory performance and marketing activities.
· Qualifications:
o Minimum high school diploma; further education or marketing certifications are a plus.
o Strong multitasking ability with a proactive attitude and willingness to perform varied roles.
o Good communication skills in both Bengali and Hindi.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
