Air Hong Kong is the longest serving dedicated freighter airline based in Hong Kong. We are part of the Cathay Pacific Airline Group, with DHL Express being our key strategic partner. Air Hong Kong has been supporting the DHL Express network throughout the Asia region since 2002, and we will continue to strengthen our long-term partnership in meeting with the growing market demand in the express cargo industry.
We are seeking a talented and energetic candidate who will enjoy the challenges of working in the fast-changing aviation industry, and to bring value in enhancing the operational efficiency and a high-performance culture and able to revolve around the month-end closing process, invoice handling, asset management, and data administration.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Independently complete monthly closing process and prepare relevant reports
• Handle invoices and record them correctly
• Process invoices for payment before the deadlines
• Maintain the fixed asset register
• Reconcile the current account with CPA
• Administer the data records in the Accounting System
Qualifications and Experience:
• LCC intermediate qualification or diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Preferably with 2 years of accounting experience in AP Focus or other relevant experience
• Fresh graduates with general accounting knowledge will also be considered as Accounting Assistant
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy
• Independent, proactive, organised and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
