About the Role
Harneys is seeking an Associate to join our Asia Banking & Corporate team in Hong Kong. We are looking for someone who have just completed the training contract (NQ) or 1-2 PQE.
About you and What you’ll be doing
The successful candidates will be trilingual (Cantonese, English and Mandarin) and with solid experience in both corporate and commercial matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for corporate lawyers to work on a diverse range of M&A, IPO and corporate compliance matters.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Have experience working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and the ability to meet their demands.
- Have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines.
- Have the capability to effectively manage both internal and external client relationships.
