About the Role
The primary function of this role is to process and manage new mortgage applications, liaising with intermediary partners to produce fully packaged applications for assessment by the underwriting team. This involves ensuring applications meet pre-defined standards and service level agreements from initial receipt through to completion. The role also includes managing a case pipeline, assessing supporting documentation, and delivering proactive customer service through various communication channels.

Essential
· Good knowledge of Buy to Let lending, including Limited Company, HMO, and Multi lets.
· A solid understanding of the mortgage process.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a ‘can do’ attitude.
· Experience in record/file management.
· Strong team collaboration skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own pipeline.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate ever-changing business needs.
Desirable
· Previous experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
