RESPONSIBILITIES
Social / Emotional Care:
• Foster good manners and polite behavior among the children.
• Monitor emotional well-being and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain discipline according to house rules, with appropriate sanctions when necessary.
• Facilitate positive communication between children and their parents or guardians.
Physical Care:
• Ensure cleanliness by overseeing bathing routines and cleaning schedules.
• Dress children appropriately for various activities and ensure they have sufficient well-maintained clothing.
• Supervise laundry schedules and maintain clean bedding.
• Accompany children to medical appointments, manage basic health care needs, and ensure accurate medication administration.
Educational Support:
• Ensure punctual attendance at school and home programs.
• Provide support during outings and activities.
Care of Building / Property:
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the facility.
• Supervise daily cleaning tasks and coordinate weekly deep-cleaning efforts.
• Report any damages promptly to facilitate resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum qualification of SPM level.
• Possession of a manual van driving license is an added advantage.
