This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a similar background to join a successful and expanding team. The suitable candidate will need to have previous experience within a customer service environment, with experience of working as a Team Leader, experience of conducting 1-2-1's and be passionate about providing a high level of service.
Salary - £32,000 - £34,000 plus fantastic benefits including private pension, hybrid working after training, career progression and more.
Candidates must be able to get to the Watford office.
Some of the duties will include:
Working with a team of 6-8, ensuring they deliver the highest level of customer service
Act as the escalation point for the team
Mentoring the team
Treat customers fairly, and always looking for the best solution for customers
Gaining a good understanding of the whole business
Build good relationships with team members, as well as line managers and the wider business
Look to exceed customer expectations
Coach the team to be their best through all customer communication
Share best practice ideas and solutions
Appraisal and performance management of team members
Encouraging a positive team culture
Set team KPI's
Conducting 1-2-1's with team members
Highlight areas of concern as necessary
Assisting with the recruitment process, conducting interviews
