We are seeking a Merchandiser to provide and deliver product services at major retailers. The ideal candidate will deliver great service to customers by ensuring shelves are stocked with products in the right quantities and displays that optimize sales. We will train the right individual to achieve this goal.
We provide full training, hourly pay ranges from $16 to $18, monthly car allowance, and reimbursement for tolls. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives.
• Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs.
• Stock shelves, arrange and maintain product displays, and maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products.
• Build professional relationships with internal and external management.
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have access to and be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to multiple stores per day.
