Co-Packing – Requires documentation and must be detail oriented Work is light except for the finished boxes weighing 25lbs have to be moved. The raw material boxes weigh 45lbs and have to be moved occasionally. The work is very repetitive, and a person has to be okay with standing in one spot. I know that this has been an issue for some. Employees must be detail oriented. It is very important that the employee can make sure that the correct container with correct product codes are accurate for the order being produced. Employees are asked to be able to read and write. They record scrap on a log.
All employees are expected to participate in cleaning this includes being in rotation for cleaning break rooms and restrooms. . Other key things that may be deal breakers they need to stay onsite for lunch -we do provide paid 30-minute lunch.
• ****No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use anywhere on the property. This production area is very clean and climate controlled.
Pay $16/hr
