We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.About the role:We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Adviser within our Driffield, Howden and Pocklington Agency. Initially training will be provided at our Pocklington office and then located at our Driffield office. You may be asked on occasions to work from a different location.You will play an important role providing great service to our customers by assisting them with quotes, renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims.We thrive in cultivating strong relationships and a hunger to help meet all our client needs. Therefore, in addition to servicing their existing policies, the role includes seeking additional insurance opportunities and introducing financial services (pension, investments & protection) wherever and whenever a customer need is identified. Customer contact is through incoming communication and outbound calling.About you:Highly motivated self-starter with a positive mentality. You are a team player and have a can-do attitude.
