Job Title- Dispatch admin with Counterbalance license

Location - Tilbury

Shift – 4-on 4-off

Pay Rate -

Start Time – 6pm – 6am

!! This is a Temp to Perm !! Immediately start !!

Essential:
Good communication skills on the phone and emails.

Excellent Word, and Excel knowledge

MHE - counterbalance licence

Previous experience

Stock control

Ability to work in a demanding environment

Own transport essential due to location

Duties:
• Working within a busy dispatch office - updating excel spreadsheets regarding customer orders
• Coordinate bookings for external pallet networks and couriers
• First point of contact for drivers and delivery partners delivering orders
• Responsible for ensuring all orders are despatched with the correct documentation
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to despatch and delivery
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods where necessary using MHE
• May be asked to help with ad-hoc warehouse admin tasks if needed
• Counting delivered stock
• Cross-checking paperwork with stock arriving on site
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by working collaboratively within the overall Distribution team
