The Role

The selected candidate will operate a LAN connected company computer to check-in and checkout construction drawings and supplemental documents to the workforce. The duties and responsibilities include maintaining accurate accountability of records and the overall drawing inventory by updating documents and disposing of superseded drawings. In addition, the candidate will be required to establish and maintain a uniform filing system. Various general office duties (faxing, copying, scanning, filing, e-mailing, answering the phone etc..) are also required, as well as, the ability to communicate well both written and verbally.

The selected candidate should be able to read, review and comprehend work procedures, processes and instructions, able to physically transition to other locations as needed, work independently and must also be able to lift at least 40 lbs. repetitively as needed to perform vaulting tasks. Multiple 1st shift openings are available from the hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. However, each candidate should be able to work any assigned shift or schedule that aligns with production needs.

Must Have

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Candidates Must Be Able To
• Climb ladders and work at extreme heights.
• Work in small, tight, or confined spaces.
• Kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb on a daily basis.
• Lift heavy objects weighing 40 lbs. or more
• Work while repeatedly reaching overhead.
• Work indoors or outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Work in areas with radiation.
• Take and pass a respirator fit test.
• Work assigned shift as production needs.
• Take and pass a Physical Agility Test.

Able to communicate and interact with all levels of management, customers and Tradesmen

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Able to work under pressure and independently

Able to adapt to changing work assignments, environments and locations

Display good written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of SAP, DDMS, Cypress or ATIS programs

Able to obtain DOD Confidential Security Clearance--Not required to obtain job but required to be evaluated by DOD
