We are currently looking for a Bilingual Parts Wholesale & Collision Specialist at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON
This role will support VGCA’s Wholesale Program for both brands, also support VW & Audi Certified Collision Repair Program & Training. This will be achieved by providing leadership and coaching dealers and collision centres through virtual and/or in-person visits. This position will facilitate more Volkswagen Certified Collision Centres and maintain the 100% Audi Certified Collision Centres coverage and Audi Aluminium Certified programs supported by effective field representation.
This role will support the existing and upcoming Certified Collision facilities from a business and technical standpoint, assisting the Dealers and facilities through the Certification process. Also, balance the equally important need to increase Wholesale parts business in the participating VW & Audi dealers with Wholesale Co-op support, CRM activities & Leverage PROGI Collision parts price matching support to achieve higher dealer adoption and market share.
This role will also have a technical support aspect, assisting the VGCA Technical teams, when Certified Collision Centres, Dealers and/or external stakeholders, i.e.: Insurance Companies or Government Agencies require technical support. In addition, lead a 3rd party provider DEKRA by auditing Certified Collision Centres using Volkswagen and Audi Program Standards.

Responsibilities:
• Support the Implementation of short, medium and long-term Wholesale activities to bring higher revenue to VGCA via the dealer network. While focus efforts on Collision & Mechanical parts
• Coach and support dealers to create promotions, discount structures and marketing initiatives, leverage available VGCA programs and incentives to increase mechanical parts sales.
• Motivate dealer staff and management to explore innovative approaches for parts sales opportunities, assist dealer through in-person field visits to the dealer wholesale clientele to assess client needs and to promote Genuine parts.
• Support the growth opportunities through implementation of Wholesale CRM activities via NITs (ASIQ) & other initiatives.
• Support e-commerce platform to implement a proper B2B platform with Wholesale dealers.
• Work with available KPI data and support the implementation and Business Development activities with Wholesale Dealer [CCRF]
• Effectively support the NORA Field Force tactical actions to achieve monthly objectives.
• Support the Canadian Certified Collision training facility to achieve 100% network coverage for both brands and maintain this level of coverage [including certification, scheduling, LMS, etc.
• Support VGCA’s Technical Teams, Dealers and/or external stakeholders, i.e.: Insurance Companies, Government Agencies when technical support is required
• Support DEKRA to audit Certified Collision Centers using VW and Audi Program Standards
• Assisting Dealers and Collison Centers through the Certification process, including assisting Dealers and Collison Centers sourcing the right equipment, receive required training and meet program standards.
• Support Dealers and Collison Centers on Technical issues and report to VGCA potential technical concerns.
Qualifications:
• College Degree in Automotive or Business and/or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge in automotive and after sales business operations (OEM or Dealer)
• Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is a requirement.
• Good understanding of the collision & wholesale industry
• Customer and Results Driven, Effective Communicator, Strong Team Player with positive win/win attitude.
• Strong organization skills and an ability to multi-task
• Solid knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate in crunching and analyzing big data.
• Highly collaborative and team oriented
• Strong time management and influencing skills.
• Good presentation, verbal, and written skills
• Fluency in French (verbal and written)
• Ability to assess risk and perform research.
Desired skills:
• Retail Experience in service and parts
• Ability to build rapport, earn credibility and effectively communicate with all levels of dealership/mechanical repair shops and collision centre employees.
• Familiar with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Think Cell or Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau
