Position Overview:
• Lead our retail store with a focus on sales and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store presentation, organize inventory, and ensure it's well-stocked.
• Recommend and showcase products, engage with customers, and ensure a warm welcome.
• Efficiently manage point-of-sale processes and handle transactions accurately.
• Stay updated on product information and convey product features to customers.
• Follow company policies, oversee inventory, and report daily account details.
• Supervise one subordinate to support daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in retail sales.
• Basic sales and customer service knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for pets preferred.
• Computer proficiency.
