KPMG in Bermuda is seeking to hire a talented, highly motivated Finance Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the firm, including the processing of transactions and the preparation of financial and management reports. This is a hands–on, detail-orientated role. The successful candidate will be working as an offshore team member for the Bermuda Office.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and enter general ledger and sub-ledger transactions;
• Post client cash receipts;
• Completion of monthly bank reconciliations;
• Assist with cash forecasting;
• Prepare monthly ad hoc sales invoices;
• Process approved staff requests for reimbursement of business expenses;
• Prepare bank transfers for authorized payments;
• Prepare expenditure and variance analyses;
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices as needed;
• Review and process client billings;
• Assist in preparation of internal and external reports;
• Communicate with various employees providing information as requested; and
• Other ad hoc duties as tasked by the Manager, Finance.
Job Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
• A degree in Finance, Accounting and Management or similar would be an asset;
• A strong understanding of, and experience in, accounting and reporting for professional services firms;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with excellent spreadsheet abilities;
• Microsoft GP experience preferred;
• Working knowledge of STAR would be an advantage;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to members of the firm at all levels;
• Proven experience of working with teams that have a diverse range of experience;
• Willingness to share knowledge, develop and motivate colleagues;
• Relevant experience and strong accounting knowledge; and
• This is a highly trusted role that requires a strong degree of confidentiality and integrity.
