The ideal candidate will have excellent web development skills, a strong sense of typography, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.Job Title: Website Content DesignerLocation: Winnipeg, MBPay Range: $50,000 to $65,000What's the Job?Providing sophisticated web solutions that reflect our marketing strategies to increase sales and traffic on our websitesBuilding clean, sophisticated layouts using our robust content management system, while adhering closely to our brand's marketing strategiesCreating seasonal product entries in our online stores, uploading associated assets (imagery and details), and organizing the flow and categorization of those products to provide the best possible user experience for our online customersImplementing the latest strategies & trends with regular updates to the websites' features and functionalityBuilding email campaigns and setting up workflows in our email provider applicationResearching and communicating effectively with third-party developersWhat's Needed?Diploma/Degree from a reputable technical college or universityMinimum of 2 years' experience working in website developmentExcellent working knowledge of UI/UX web coding skills using current HTML and CSSStrong sense of typography, with excellent spelling and grammar skillsAbility to work in an organized manner, accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent knowledge of the Apple OS, but you can also operate Microsoft Windows when applicableKnowledge of Microsoft Excel is an assetExcellent knowledge and operation of Adobe PhotoshopKnowledge of email platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo is an assetSome experience/knowledge in Google Analytics and understand SEOKnowledge of Shopify and its Liquid coding language is an assetKnowledge of Javascript is an assetKnowledge of Github is an asset If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
