Responsibilities include:
• Managing the Preventative Maintenance (PM) computer program
• Researching and purchasing parts, supplies and services as a Buyer
• Maintaining maintenance parts & supplies inventory records and initiating purchasing process
• Coordinating and expediting flow of material, parts and assemblies
• Generating Reports and Purchase orders from AS/400 system
• Performing varied clerical duties and preparing standard reports
• Notifying appropriate personnel when in-house stock reaches order point
• Other assigned duties
Requirements:
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an office/plant environment
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Basic mathematical skills
• Working knowledge of MS office and exceptional computer skills
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
