Locums First is currently seeking a Locum Criminal Law solicitor for a position in Chapelhall.
Our client is a prestigious L500 full-service practice known for its friendly and modern approach. They are in search of a Locum Criminal Law solicitor to join their team on a rolling contract lasting 3 to 6 months, offering flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time hours.
Responsibilities for this role will encompass:
• Handling taxi and business licenses, including providing advice and representing clients at committees and in courts.
• Prosecuting cases related to trading standards, environmental crimes, fraud, and regulatory matters.
• Conducting advocacy at court and committee proceedings.
Requirements:
• Qualified lawyers, including Solicitors, Barristers, and CILEX Fellows.
• Prior experience in the field of Criminal Law.
• The ability to seamlessly integrate into a locum position with a hybrid work arrangement.
• Capability to work independently within a dynamic team.
• Must be a qualified Solicitor in the UK.
Working Days and Hours:
• Up to 5 days per week are available.
• Flexible working days between Monday to Friday.
• Options for flexible working hours.
• This is a long-term role, and part-time hours will also be considered.
