Designation - Business development manager(Agency Channel)
Location - Meerut, Moradabad, Indirapuram, Hapur, Nainital
Ctc upto to 3.45LPA
Roles and responsibility
• Recruit and lead a team of financial advisors/agents.
• Manage the full life cycle of advisors/agents, including regular meetings and interactions.
• Provide training on the company's app to help advisors/agents serve their clients more efficiently.
• Motivate partners to boost productivity, focusing on renewals while maintaining overall performance goals.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as set by management.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of business practices and operations.
• Explore new strategies to expand outreach and increase sales in the assigned area.
• Oversee the distribution of products such as motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and other products introduced by the company
