Your responsibilities
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective repair results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets.
• Primary responsibilities include day to day operation and management of the Repair Center, service inventory control.
• Oversight of the 3rd party logistics company for shipping, receiving, and warehousing. Direct reports include repair technicians and shipping/receiving coordinator.
• HSE: Ensure full compliance to HSE rules in the complete workshop area including all resources and activities.
• Manage workshop team members, ensure availability of the qualified resources to execute the related activities.
• Report progress on regular basis to the associated PM.
• Responsible for the inventory level, testing equipment, calibration, tools…etc.
Your background
• Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• With +5 years of experience in Low Voltage (LV) & Medium Voltage (MV) products, including but not limited to repairing and testing.
• Must have a Technical & Leadership
• fFuent both in Arabic & English is required
