Job Overview
At Lacombe Painting, we paint houses. Inside, outside, ceilings and trim. We specialize in painting but also do other small construction projects for our clients. We are seeking a hard working, detail orientated person to join us as a painter / painters helper. Creativity, time management and attention to detail are crucial for this role. Experience would be nice but we are willing to train someone that is focused on learning and advancing their skills.

What We’re Looking For
- **Experience:** Previous painting experience is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn above all.
- **Versatility:** Must be open to learning different trades such as basic carpentry, drywall, and flooring installation. We have the knowledge and experience to guide you but you will need to want to learn.
- **Flexibility:** Hours can vary based on work availability, so adaptability is key. There will be many weeks where you have 35-40 hours and others when you only have 20.
