He/She will also be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning customers.What will YOU do?• Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance services in full compliance to LubeServ customer handling procedure - including general troubleshooting• Drive sales and profitability of handled LubeServ site via recommended automotive services and upselling of all applicable Lubeserv Express Lube service packages• Will inform customer of repairs needed with cost estimates and repair completion• Monitor all on-going vehicle repairs and provide status to customers as needed• Perform a variety of tasks as necessary in delivering customer experience w/ highest satisfaction, which may include performance of LubeServ Technician duties & responsibilities, light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, etc.What will YOU need?• Physically fit - can work in service areas/stations• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience• Willing to be assigned in Telabastagan, San Fernando, Pampanga
