Responsibilities:
• Monitor technical cost aspects of aircraft delivery/re-delivery projects;
• Review agreements with vendors for aircraft customization and technical services from cost management perspective;
• Facilitate OEM team in contractual compliance matters;
• Liaise for aircraft insurance matters, include but are not limited to insurance coverage, settlement claim and advisory on insurance provisions;
• Liaise among internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth running of aircraft delivery plans and timely tracking of any contingencies;
• Assist in administering project and cost controls as well as administration tasks; and
• Perform ad hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above;
• 5 years of solid experience in aircraft procurement, preferable gain from aviation industries;
• General understanding of commercial contracts and/or aircraft documentation is highly desirable;
• Extremely well-organised, detail- oriented and good time management especially strong adherence to timelines;
• Excellent communication, multi-cultural, interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); and
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Transaction Management.
