We believe in the growth and success of our team to support our mission of helping our clients.Clinical Supervisor RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you will need:• Masters degree in applicable field• Massachusetts State licensing or certification, preferably LMHC, LICSW, LMFT• Clinical experience in substance abuse treatment required• Clinical experience in mental health counseling required• Experience in PHP/IOP LOC• Clinical leadership experienceClinical Supervisor Responsibilities• Execute clinical philosophy in programming through effective clinical curriculum, education, training, and clinical supervision and ensure that staff performance and client experience is consistent with highest standard of care• Direct management and supervision of Clinical Department including Primary Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Case Managers, Group Facilitators and BHTs• Oversee the departments compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards• Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal laws• Manages budgets and stays within budgeting allocations and develops cost-effective methods to provide services with effective and efficient staffing• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.• Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients.• Performs other tasks, as assigned.Pay: $85,000- $105,000.00Schedule: FT (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)Location: Brookline, MAApply Today!
