Product Manager - Job DescriptionSalary - £35’000-£50’000 (Plus £5000 completion bonus)Position Type: Full time (Part time available for the right candidate)As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with other managers, directors, design, and other cross-functional teams to curate our products and services - focused on supporting the operational needs for the laboratory se...ctor. In this unique role, you will work with leaders in our organisation and beyond to develop our product offering. You’ll take the lead in all stages of discovery and will represent our organisation in day-to-day decisions made at the delivery level. Once launched, you’ll be front and centre of a new extension of an already successful business.You will be a vital element of the development of this new company and will play a leading role in shaping the strategic direction of the product offering.This role is a FTC of 12 months, with the possibility to extend past the date.What you’ll do• You will be heavily involved with the sourcing of our new products. Dealing with suppliers, both new and existing.• Working closely with our purchasing team on stock delivery.• Undertake market research to understand the needs and requirements of potential customers.• Partner with leadership and other managers on product initiatives on the roadmap to market.• Collaborate with our suppliers to understand developments in the market and how to bring a competitive edge to our organisation.• Develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.• Collaborate with our creative teams to bring the products to market• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.Required Qualifications• 2+ years of proven product management experiencePreferred Qualifications• Education to degree level,• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks with varying degrees of priority in a fast-paced, high growth environment• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the laboratory sector.• Have experience with data-driven product development.• Understanding of product lifecycle management.• Experience working in the packaging/laboratory sectors.About usAmpulla Limited is the UK’s largest online packaging provider.
