We are working closely with a variety of Primary Schools in the Leeds areas who are looking for ECT's in the new academic year for both day-to-day adhoc work, and longer term roles!

Requirements
Must be gaining QTS in the Summer
Experience within EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Ability to relate well to children and adults and communicate at all levels
Ability to deal effectively with students presenting challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques as appropriate
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
