Torbay Property Management is a small independent estate agent in Torquay. We are professional and fast-paced, and our goal is to provide an outstanding service to our landlords, vendors and tenants.Responsibilities:- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales and letting process- Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants- Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area- Assist in the preparation of property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients- Excellent negotiation skills- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if serving diverse communitiesThis role requires a motivated individual who is passionate about property and has a strong desire to help clients find their dream home, investment property, tenant or buyer.
