Job Description:
• Conducting patentability searches.
• Identifying patentability in inventions over prior art.
• Drafting patent specification.
• Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office.
• Providing end to end support in Pre and Post Grant Oppositions by searching and interpreting relevant prior art.
• Conducting freedom-to-operate searches.
Required Educational Qualifications
• M.Sc./PhD (Organic Chemistry) OR M. Pharm with sound technical knowledge
• 7-10 years of work experience in Intellectual property rights with drafting skills
• Good communication skills
