Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative III, where your primary role will be to deliver exemplary customer service. This position involves addressing customer inquiries through both email and telephone communications, while also supporting the promotion and selling of our products and services on a minimal basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Reference published materials or consult with senior staff to assist customers
• Maintain and document records of recurring customer service issues using computerized tracking systems
• Utilize relevant applications to navigate data entry and information gathering effectively

Required Skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to effectively navigate computerized data entry systems
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Basic understanding of customer service principles

Qualifications
• Bilingual in English and French (both verbal and written) is essential
• While a college degree is not mandatory, it is preferred
• Limited knowledge of the organization, products, and services is acceptable

Schedule
• Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
• Please note that this role will be 100% onsite at our Cranberry office.
• There is no mandatory overtime.
