Territory Sales Manager Wellspect – South West
The successful candidate will significantly influence and promote the use and sale of Wellspect HealthCare bladder and bowel products, and Wellspect’s DAC to hospitals and community staff,
The ideal candidate will live on territory : Devon, Cornwall, South Somerset, Dorset.
Key Responsibilities
• To be the customer’s expert on Wellspect Healthcare bladder and bowel products and services- Intermittent self-catheterisation and Transanal irrigation
• Ability to apply the sales process to varied selling situations and with different customers. To identify and develop sales potential by effectively influencing bladder and bowel customers in order to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Use sales data to analyse market business trends to develop and execute a territory business plan to capitalise on current and future opportunities within the local market with respective sales teams and providing ongoing training.
• Responsible for identifying and implementing potential new business, following through the sales process
• Maintains existing customer’s use of Wellspect HealthCare products.
• Discusses use and effect of products, using detail aids, literature, and promotional materials
• Attends exhibitions and company meetings as required
• To comply with all company and information governance requirements
• Collaborate on marketing programs by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
Requirements
• Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Excellent product and industry knowledge
• Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field.
• Experience in medical device industry preferred
• Previous experience dealing with CCGs preferred but not
• essential
• Experience of using a CRM effectively & efficiently
• Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, efficient and customer focused
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Able to analyse business information such as IMS data and Select reports to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve KPI targets on a monthly/cycle basis.
• Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all sales dialogues.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Able to undertake regular UK business travel covering a large geographical area
• Must hold a valid local driving license.
