Full Time & Part Time Dietitian
Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active current registered Dietitian required.
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Expertise in clinical nutrition, preferably geriatric rehab care practices in a skilled nursing setting.
• Possess knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal regulatory statues and guidelines pertaining to healthcare in the skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities:
• Complete nutritional screening & assessments
• Identify resident’s dietary needs & meal planning
• Document assessment and dietary plans
• Develop measurable goals and desirable outcomes incorporating residents’ diagnosis, medical issues and length of stay
• Demonstrate knowledge and use of infection control and universal precautions to prevent exposure to and transmission of disease
