Industrial Services Supervisor
HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to join their team in Golden Meadow (Fourchon). The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing two or more crews, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, and maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements. • Instruct, provide feedback, and direct crew in performance of job duties
• Schedule job and crews, dispatch crews based on calls received
• Inspect equipment and work area, perform preventative and corrective maintenance
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and service line processes
• Operate necessary equipment in service line in accordance with safety procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in industrial cleaning industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of people management and equipment operation
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience, TWIC card preferred
