NewMexicoWomen.Org is seeking an experienced, creative, values-aligned Development Director to join our growing team. Working with the Executive Director, this role will play a pivotal role in supporting our fund development strategies and will be responsible for managing major donor relationships, organizing events, campaigns, and projects needed to drive our mission forward.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

The Development Director is responsible for supporting NMW.O’s fund development strategies and activities by managing the prospecting, cultivation, and solicitation of major donors; tracking donor and gift records and data; generating development reports and analyses; conducting outreach to relevant partners; and developing and implementing fundraising meetings, projects, events, and campaigns.
