Executive Director
Full-Time

Seeking anExecutive Director with operations experience who has worked in mental health or substance use disorder recovery.

The incumbent must be able to lead the clinical, medical and operational oversight of a leading rehab clinic’s recovery programs.

Shall:

• Responsible for developing and communicating the vision, strategic plan, and programming.
• Interface and engage diverse volunteer and contractor groups
• Convey a vision of Willow Springs Recovery’s strategic future to staff, board, volunteers and contractors.
• Oversee and supervise the Medical Director, Director of Nursing, Clinical director, Operations Director
• Report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
  

Must Have:

• 2+ Years Senior Management Experience in Mental or Behavioral Health with a Facility of 40 or More Beds
• Knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment practices including non-pharmacological symptom management techniques.
• Valid Texas Driver License

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
