Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the Board to execute on Shareholder's Objectives
• Develop and implement high-quality business strategies aligned with short-term and long-term goals
• Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to drive growth and maintain financial health
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry requirements
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
• Identify and manage risks to achieve company objectives
• Stay current with relevant legislation and accounting requirements
• Oversee the implementation of robust financial systems and internal controls
• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial reports
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Minimum of five years' experience in property management or a similar industry
• At least three years in an executive position
• CA(SA) qualification or equivalent, with expertise in property management systems
• Proficiency in IFRS and Caseware
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant Acts and Regulations
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and deadline-driven
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving company objectives
• Skilled in collaborating with executives and influencing financial and governance decisions
