Position: Floral Designer / Florist
We are a florist and event design company dedicated to helping our clients with all moments of their lives. We have a brick and mortar location in downtown Frankfort, and looking for creative & enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
This is a part-time role (or full-time if desired) as a Floral Designer & Sales Associate located in Downtown Frankfort, IL. The Floral Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating flower arrangements, curating recipes, and helping with delivery workflow. The Floral Designer will be working in the retail store, so customer service is #1 priority. Youll be responsible for creating a welcoming (and fun!)
environment for clients and walk in customers. In addition, youll be part of the team and contribute to marketing efforts and general store management.
• * You must be able to work occasional weekends
Our store hours are Tue-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 10-2pm, Sun 10-3pm... We prefer employees to work full shifts (rather than partial/half days)
While floral design experience is preferred, we are more focused on hiring someone who is creative, has a customer facing background, and eager to learn technique and design.

• Floral experience and/or creative or design experience preferred
• Knowledge of flowers and plants, and passion for events and celebrations
• Strong attention to detail & maintain standards without active direction
• Able to work efficiently & adapt to peaks in demand and production
• Background in horticulture or retail a plus!
