An amazing clinic in the San Francisco East Bay area is in search of a new Mental Health Professional, offering a HYBRID work schedule only requiring 2 days on-site!

This Mental Health Clinic has made a huge positive impact on the population it serves. It is known for its outstanding care and quality services provided for the San Francisco Metropolitan area and patients from around California. In addition, this clinic is part of a system that has earned countless awards and has an outstanding Mental Health Program. The Mental Health Professional will join an organization with a rich history and reputation in the community.

The Mental Health Professional will report directly to the Clinic’s Director. Supported by a team of licensed social workers and case managers, this person will lead an outstanding and busy clinic in care coordination efforts. The Mental Health Professional will work with staff and patients to create ideal care plans to improve the life and health of patients. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, etc., as well as California State LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure.

The Mental Health Professional will be in charge of developing and implementing care plans for patients that align with the clinical objectives, goals, and values of the facility. This requires direct screenings, diagnosing, and formulating/implementing individualized health plans for mental health patients. Accurate and complete documentation is also expected while consulting with physicians and coworkers to provide high-quality care. In addition, the Mental Health Professional is responsible for case management by providing referrals, reporting to providers, and follow-up check-ins with families and patients. Most importantly, the Mental Health Professional will contribute to an environment that promotes positivity, safety, and excellent preparation of care management.

The Mental Health Professional role is being offered a competitive salary in addition to a generous benefits package, sign-on bonus, and annual bonus incentives. The position is Hybrid, allowing for 3 days of work from home and 2 days in the office.
