Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid, relocation available)

Eligibility: USC, Green Card

The Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager will work as part of the compliance technology team in the Philadelphia office. This team develops Surveillance, Monitoring and Reporting Tools for the compliance business community and is responsible for designing and developing tools for the oversight of financial activities across all of our products, including options, equities, futures, fixed income, and many others.

In this role, you will be working with a team of developers, testers, and the compliance business community to develop same day surveillance and monitoring tools. You will also be working on systems that collect data from the many, varied financial systems and tools that will allow our compliance users to access this data.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis role in IT environment with management of SDLC projects.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required or other related discipline
  3. Knowledge of relational databases (such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL) and the ability to write SQL queries required
  4. Experience within trading companies or other financial institutions is a plus
  5. Knowledge of any scripting or programming languages and/or Business Intelligence reporting tools (such as QlikView) a plus
  6. Experience with agile and/or waterfall project management and software development methodologies
  7. Experience working with project tracking systems required; experience with Jira preferred
