Job Responsibilities Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service.Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends.Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours.Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.Prepare and present detailed property listings with photos and pricing.Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.
