Summary:
The Director of Kiro Business Development North America is responsible to drive greater market access and business growth in North America for the Kiro Grifols products, will define sales strategy on Kiro Grifols products for the USA and Canada and will be accountable for the Kiro business revenue and profitability objectives in North America. The Director, as part of the Grifols USA Healthcare Solutions team, coaches the Sales team, USA Kiro Specialists, Pharmacy Automation Consultants and/or partners on the sales process for Kiro Grifols products, and provides leadership representation for Grifols USA when dealing with current and potential customers and partners in North America, or with other leaders within the Grifols organization. The Director is to participate, alongside with Kiro, Grifols USA Healthcare Solutions Director and Director of Sales, for defining the Kiro Grifols sales, implementation and support strategy for the USA and Canada, for team and/or third party scaling alignment with business growth, building efficiencies within the Kiro and Healthcare Solutions global organizations.

Occupational Demands:
Hospital Pharmacy settings. May come in contact with infectious or chemical agents and required to follow same precautions as Pharmacy staff, and as directed by customer’s institution. Work requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and possibility of working in small/confined spaces in order to service or install instrument and peripheral components.
Compensation:
$240,000 - $260,000 based on candidate experience and level brought on to the team. In this role, you will also be eligible to participate in the company's bonus program with a target bonus of 30 percent.
