  • Oversee the DashMart Change Management initiatives: Guide and support their endeavors.
  • Focus on key priorities: Set clear direction for the implementation of the 2024-2025 change roadmap, supporting cross-functional team initiatives.
  • Develop and Implement: Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of escalation processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Help Improve Operations: Utilize insights from experimental data to develop actionable recommendations for optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Dream big, execute bigger: Be bold and innovative, leading the charge on implementing our most ambitious initiatives, from new workflows to transformative change processes.

We're excited about you because…

  • You're self-motivated, positive, and a team player: You work well with others, bringing a great attitude to your work each day.
  • You're scrappy: You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, whether it's digging into a new process or helping troubleshoot a technical issue.
  • You're a proven leader: You are a servant leader with a high EQ, adept at building relationships and leading from the front.
  • You’re a teacher: You have conducted training and succeeded in high-performance cultures such as tech, retail, restaurant, or warehouse environments.
  • You're organized and data-focused: Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, you are a data-driven decision maker.
  • You are a strategic thinker: You love thinking about new opportunities or process improvement potential.

Why You'll Love Working at DoorDash

  • We are leaders: Leadership is not limited to our management team; it's something everyone at DoorDash embraces.
