STEMgineers is a company that consists of creators, inventors and coders that provide schools with fun and exciting term-time school clubs and holiday camps using the latest and greatest technology and STEM creations. The company aims to take people with a passion for STEM and put that passion to a great use – teaching, inspiring and creating with children who are eager to learn.

We are looking for an Assistant Club Manager to join the Operations Team as we are expanding. For this role we are looking for a *highly enthusiastic and motivated individual* looking to step into a management role. You do not need to have lots of experience as you will be trained internally, however, strong experience working with children is essential.

This role is made up of three key components.

1. Operations Assistant
• Recruit & Onboard Club/Camp Staff - Conduct interviews, issue and manage training ensuring all staff are fully compliant with Ofsted requirements.
• Communication and staff management- Creating, organising and distributing training videos, communicating and supporting staff with clubs and camps. Visiting venues to ensure smooth running.

2. Club Leader
• Running term-time clubs - you will be assigned a schedule containing various STEM-based school clubs local to you. These will be a mixture of breakfast, lunch-time and after school clubs. During these sessions, you will be responsible for teaching the children to build their own creation/project, which they can take home each day (all training provided).

3. Camp Manager
• Managing holiday camps - during the school holidays, you will be assigned to one camp in your local area. You will be responsible for initial hiring and training of the staff, running the day-to-day of the camp and supervising your team.

In addition this, you will undergo Safeguarding training and First Aid training to ensure you're compliant with government requirements.

The ideal candidate:
- Confident and engaging
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication and organisation
- Admin experience (desirable)
- Experience in working with children (essential)
- Full UK Driving License and reliable car (essential)
- Be willing to commute to Different schools within your given postcode range
- Cover KT , GU and TW postcodes

Job Type: Full-time
