Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Invoicing Clerk, you will assist in preparing and issuing invoices for our services. You’ll work closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and maintain records. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and looking to gain valuable experience in finance and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices for fire alarm system installations, inspections, and maintenance services
• Verify and review service reports to ensure correct billing information
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies
• Support the finance department with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
• Basic understanding of invoicing or accounting processes is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle data
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High school diploma or equivalent
